The set comes with pairs of 1.25KG, 2.5KG, 5KG Weights, along with a 2.5KG Barbell and spring collars. These weight increments offer the ability to tailor the weight of the barbell to the users ability or workout requirements. 

The Barbell uses a soft touch and grippy material along the shaft, with non scratch Urethane plastic construction for the weight plates. This will improve the longevity of the kit, while also reducing any potential odour from the rubber, ideal in hot studio rooms! 

PLEASE NOTE, this product is NOT Compatible with Olympic (2” / 50mm) Weight plates.
