Our S-Series Monolift is the ideal training tool for serious lifters, enabling the user to lift the bar off the hooks without the need to walk out from the rack when squatting or performing similar exercises. The Monolift attachment is also ideal for bench press, where the bar is held in a more ideal position when beginning a lift.
The Monolift has been designed to move the hook back into the rack once the bar has been lifted off, without returning to this position until the bar is re-racked.
